What are your favorite pieces from the Well-Tempered Clavier?

The Well-Tempered Clavier by J.S. Bach: 96 individual works that form this massive but essential collection, an epic that lasts about five hours when played through straight. It is hard to know this compendium, harder yet to know it well. Most people love the first prelude (as we do), but how much of our love for that work is determined by its placement as number one of ninety-six works? Easy access here becomes easy listening. So, while this first prelude in C Major is indeed beautiful, we’d be particularly keen to know what pieces you prefer in this Well-Tempered Clavier.
